Jij fungeert als centraal kennis- en aanspreekpunt voor de Europese productiebedrijven en ondersteunt het team bij het beheren van import-, export-, oorsprongs-, douanegegevens- en wettelijke verplichtingen op een conforme, praktische en efficiënte manier.\nIn deze rol heb je een belangrijke bijdrage aan het waarborgen van efficiënte internationale goederenstromen door douanekennis te combineren met een proactieve ondersteuning van de organisatie. Hiermee worden risico’s beperkt, audits ondersteund en structurele verbeteringen gerealiseerd binnen de afdeling.\nVerantwoordelijkheden\nJe zorgt dat douaneaangiften en de bijbehorende administratie correct, op tijd en volgens de geldende regels worden afgehandeld.\n\nJe ondersteunt en begeleidt de afdeling bij import, export, transit en douane-entrepots en helpt hen de douaneregels goed toe te passen.\n\nJe houdt de basisgegevens voor douanezaken actueel en controleert of ze kloppen. Dit gaat onder meer om tariefindelingen, oorsprongsgegevens, douanewaarden, vereisten rond Incoterms en procesdocumentatie.\n\nJe beheert langlopende leveranciersverklaringen (LTSD), certificaten van oorsprong (CoO), preferentiële oorsprongsbewijzen en de bijbehorende documenten.\n\nJe coördineert douane-audits, inspecties, interne controles en verzoeken van autoriteiten. Je zorgt dat de auditdossiers compleet, overzichtelijk en klaar voor controle zijn.\n\nJe volgt veranderingen in de Europese douanewetgeving en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke werkinstructies, praktische controles en verbeteringen voor de organisatie.\n\nJe bent het centrale aanspreekpunt bij douaneproblemen zoals voor geblokkeerde zendingen, niet-afgesloten transitdossiers, ontbrekende exportbevestigingen, vragen over oorsprong, fouten van douane-expediteurs en andere risico’s rond de naleving van douaneregels.\n\nJe bouwt een goede samenwerking op en onderhoudt contact met fabrieken, magazijnen, transportteams, douane-expediteurs, Finance, btw-specialisten, Sales, Inkoop, ISD, logistieke partners en douaneautoriteiten.\n\nJe bent verantwoordelijk om douane-, btw-, transport- en exportdocumenten goed te beheren en te archiveren. Dit geldt voor import, export, transacties tussen EU-landen en documenten die nodig zijn om de preferentiële oorsprong aan te tonen.\n\nJe bent een ervaren douaneprofessional die de dagelijkse praktijk goed kent en douanekennis kan toepassen binnen een bedrijf. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk, bent nieuwsgierig en helpt anderen graag.\nJe hebt een bacheloropleiding of hbo-werk- en denkniveau in logistiek, supply chain, douanezaken, rechten of internationale handel. Je kunt dit niveau ook hebben opgebouwd door relevante douane-ervaring.\n\nJe hebt goede kennis van Nederlands en Europese douanewetgeving, import en export, transitprocedures, douane-entrepots, oorsprongsregels, tariefindeling, het bepalen van de douanewaarde en douanesystemen.\n\nErvaring in een productiebedrijf, de automotive-sector, een magazijn of een Europese distributieomgeving is een pluspunt.\n\nPraktische ervaring met douane-audits, langlopende leveranciersverklaringen (LTSD), certificaten van oorsprong (CoO), DMS, Descartes en het aansturen van douane-expediteurs is een groot pluspunt. Dat geldt ook voor ervaring met het naleven van wet- en regelgeving in samenwerking met verschillende afdelingen.\n\nJe werkt nauwkeurig en vindt het belangrijk dat wet- en regelgeving goed worden nageleefd.\n\nJe kunt douanerisico’s beoordelen en bepalen welke praktische acties nodig zijn.\n\nJe communiceert duidelijk en werkt goed samen met betrokkenen uit verschillende afdelingen en landen.\n\nJe lost problemen gestructureerd op en volgt afspraken en acties zorgvuldig op.\n\nJe durft het centrale aanspreekpunt te zijn bij problemen die de afdeling niet zelf kan oplossen.
