If the profile below sounds like you - let’s talk!\nWhat You'll Do:\nThe Staff Accountant is a key member of the accounting team, working hybrid out of Pleasant Grove, UT and reporting to the Controller. This is a hands-on role with plenty of room to learn. Day to day, you will help maintain the general ledger, assist with month-end close, prepare journal entries, process vendor invoices and payments, support our annual external audit, and help with ad hoc reporting and projects.\nLocation Requirements:\nThis position is based at Dental Intelligence's headquarters in Pleasant Grove, Utah, and follows a hybrid work schedule. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of our Pleasant Grove office and be available to work onsite as required.\nOutcomes You’ll Own:\nSupport month-end close, including bank, billing, and subscription revenue reconciliations. \nEnter vendor invoices and prepare payments accurately and on time. \nRecord journal entries and help maintain the general ledger. \nAssist with departmental cost reporting and ad hoc reports. \nHelp prepare for the annual external audit and respond to auditor requests. \nWhat We're Looking For:\nExperience:\n0-2 years of relevant accounting experience.
