Guided by our Beyond Brilliant values, you’ll challenge the status quo, collaborate brilliantly, and deliver meaningful impact for our practices and patients.\nWho You Are\nA strategic thinker who builds scalable SEO systems, playbooks, and standards across complex, multi-site environments\nAn influential communicator and credible SEO authority who connects strategy to growth and raises SEO fluency across teams\nHighly analytical and comfortable turning large, ambiguous datasets into clear insights and measurement frameworks\nHands-on with AI and automation, with a strong perspective on the future of AI search and the ability to lead multiple initiatives across teams and vendors\nIn This Role, You Will\nOwn the network-wide SEO strategy, roadmap, KPIs, and measurement framework, prioritizing initiatives that drive visibility and new patient growth\nLead AI Search Optimization and hyper-local SEO, including structured data, entity building, Google Business Profiles, listings, reviews, citations, and location-level content\nBuild scalable playbooks, quality standards, automation, and AI-powered workflows across 650+ practice websites\nTurn complex performance data into clear insights, opportunities, and reporting that guide decisions and demonstrate impact\nInfluence senior stakeholders and lead execution across marketing, web and development, operations, vendors, and external partners\nWhat You'll Bring\n5-8+ years of SEO experience, including enterprise, multi-location, or multi-brand environments, with a track record of building scalable programs through systems, playbooks, templates, and automation\nDeep expertise in local and technical SEO, including Google Business Profiles, listings, reviews, location strategy, crawling, indexation, site architecture, structured data, and page experience\nStrong AI search and automation capabilities, with hands-on experience using LLMs, workflow tools, APIs, scripts, or AI agents to improve day-to-day execution\nStrong UX, CRO, CMS, and web fluency, with the ability to partner with design and development teams to improve performance and conversion\nHighly analytical, with experience building measurement frameworks using GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, or similar tools; SQL is an asset\nAn influential communicator and strong project leader who can manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, vendors, and external partners\nExperience with enterprise SEO platforms and people or vendor management is preferred; French is a strong asset\nManager vs. Senior Manager: level will be determined by experience and scope.
