We’re looking for an experienced Dental Administrator who is confident managing patient communication, scheduling, insurance, payments, and treatment coordination while providing excellent customer service.

What We Offer

  • $25-$29/hour, based on experience

Schedule

  • Monday: 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
  • Tuesday: 10:30 AM-7:30 PM
  • Wednesday-Friday: 7:30 AM-4:30 PM

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of dental administration experience
  • Excellent customer service and patient communication skills
  • Strong scheduling and organizational skills
  • Experience with dental insurance, payments, and treatment coordination
  • Professional, dependable, and comfortable working in a busy dental environment
