A successful team member in this role will be well-positioned to grow professionally as the company grows.\nResponsibilities:\nProfessional and friendly customer service.\nExceed resident expectations with warm, friendly and quick responsiveness to their concerns or requests for their homes or the community.\nMaintain accurate resident records in accordance with company policy; update daily reports concerning notice to vacate, vacancy reports, activity reports, etc. on a daily basis.\nCollection of rents and preparation of receipts and late notices.\nCompose correspondence and documents; Answer phones and greet residents in a professional manner.\nMaintain professional communication with residents, applicants and representatives of other companies.\nMaintain all residents files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all paperwork and documentation.\nMaintain a calendar of scheduled move-ins, ensuring all move-in appointments are completed and all apartments inspected and compliant with established standards prior to move-in.\nAssist the Community Manager as needed.\nRequirements\nHigh school education or equivalent is required.\nOne year minimum experience in residential property management required.\nCustomer-focused approach\nGreat with people- warm, friendly and helpful both in person and on the phone.\nMaintain a professional, courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, team members and Property Manager at all times.\nPossess dynamic attitude, superior customer service, verbal communication, written communication and follow up skills.\nExcellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills, especially in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.\nAbility to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints.\nProficient in MS Office.\nAbility to work 40 hours and must be available for overtime and weekends as needed.\nAbility to speak Spanish a plus, but not required.\nValid driver's license and current automobile insurance are required; position requires own vehicle to fulfill all of the job's functions.\nMust be able to pass drug screening and criminal background check.\nPlease send us your resume for consideration.
