As Development Manager - LIHTC, you will help drive complex projects forward by combining financial rigor, development execution, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders to support successful outcomes.\nResponsibilities\nLead affordable housing projects from concept through stabilization and delivery.\nOversee underwriting, project budgets, and financial feasibility for development opportunities.\nManage entitlements, permitting, and consultant coordination across multiple active projects.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to keep schedules, budgets, and approvals on track.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, urban planning, business, or a closely related field.\nDeep, hands-on experience managing LIHTC affordable housing transactions end-to-end.\nExperience identifying, sourcing, and underwriting LIHTC development and acquisition/rehabilitation opportunities.\nStrong knowledge of tax-credit basis, eligible costs, unit mix, and development pro formas in LIHTC projects.\nAbility to structure both 4% and 9% LIHTC transactions, including sources and uses and equity sizing.\nExperience preparing competitive 9% LIHTC applications and 4% LIHTC bond financing packages in line with QAP requirements.\nExperience working with bond issuers, municipalities, equity investors, and lenders on LIHTC development projects.\nEligible to work in the United States.\nBenefits\nCompensation & Benefits\nOur benefits include:\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance.\n401(k) retirement plan with company match.\nPaid time off and company holidays.\nProfessional development support and opportunities for growth across a vertically integrated platform.\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nDenton Floyd Real Estate Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
