The individual will have responsibility for providing technical support, system analysis and administration, and championing system best practice for the firm's financial systems which include Elite 3E, Intapp Time and Emburse expense management solutions. The firm has recently implemented a new Practice Management System after a multi-year programme and the role is instrumental in maximizing return on that investment.\n- As this role supports UK region please note that it requires operating within UK time-zone therefore working hours are from 10 am - 6 pm\n- This role operates in Hybrid working model requiring DBSE Warsaw office presence 1-2 times a week\nRole Responsibilities\nDaily monitoring and data integrity checks for the suite of financial systems\nSystem administration and support for other financial systems including Elite 3E, Intapp Time, Emburse, Enable (ERM). Analysing data feeds in Integration Builder to ensure accurate system integration.\nHandling missing time queries from both Legal Service and Business Service colleagues\nAdministering system access control and configuring system security\nProactively respond to queries and requests via email, telephone, and Fresh Helpdesk ITSM\nUndertaking system Month End process as part of a rostered team\nAssisting with financial systems audits\nSupport with the development of system and process enhancements and upgrades\nSupport with a variety of testing activity to ensure quality control\nLiaising with software vendor and managing escalation of issues and working with them where required. \nEffective and timely status reports to line management\nAssist with process documentation and instructions to ensure compliance and best practice\nRequirements\nEssential:\nStrong Elite 3E experience and knowledge\nHighly collaborative and able to work with teams and users across offices\nExcellent communication skills; Meticulous attention to detail\nStrong analytical skills\nExcellent organisational and project management skills\nDemonstrate 'can do' attitude to problem solving\nAptitude for absorbing information quickly\nWillingness to develop new skills in wide range of technology\nGood understanding of Microsoft Office suite\nCustomer focused, flexible, collective and collaborative manner\nDesirable:\nExperience of IT and Finance operations and strong knowledge and experience in IT/Finance practices\nExperience with financial and system related audits\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills for data manipulation and management\nExperience with Microsoft SQL (T-SQL) or OQL highly advantageous\nUnderstanding of databases, servers and system infrastructure beneficial\nExperience managing or being involved with full life cycle projects beneficial\nExperience in post-system transition activities and support\nProcess design, implementation,
