The position focuses on client development, opportunity management, relationship support, and cross-firm collaboration to help drive revenue growth and strengthen client engagement across the firm's global platform.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the execution of global client, sector, and market growth initiatives.\nCoordinate activities related to strategic client accounts, industry sectors, and other client development programs.\nTrack business development opportunities, client engagement activities, and pipeline progress.\nAssist with client and sector planning initiatives, including action tracking and follow-up.\nPrepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and leadership updates related to client and growth initiatives.\nFacilitate collaboration across practices, offices, and jurisdictions to support client opportunities and strategic priorities.\nCoordinate meetings, working groups, and stakeholder communications for client and sector teams.\nMaintain client and opportunity information within firm systems and support data accuracy and reporting.\nAssist in identifying and connecting internal resources and expertise to support client needs and business opportunities.\nSupport special projects and strategic initiatives within the Global Clients & Markets team.\nRequirements\nAcademic Qualifications and Certifications:\nBachelor's degree preferred.\n5+ years of experience in a law firm environment supporting client development, business development, key account programs, client relationship management, or related commercial functions.\nExperience working with partners, client teams, and senior stakeholders in a professional services environment.\nStrong organizational, project management, and coordination skills.\nExperience working with CRM, pipeline management, and reporting tools preferred.\nKey Competencies:\nClient development and business growth support.\nProject and stakeholder coordination.\nOpportunity and pipeline management.\nRelationship management.\nStrong organization and attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and follow-through.\nCommercial awareness and client-centric mindset.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.\nPersonal Skills and Attributes:\nThe successful candidate is a highly organized, proactive professional who enjoys bringing people, information, and initiatives together to support business growth.
