The role helps ensure accurate, timely and compliant HR and payroll operations, while providing a high-quality employee service experience.\nThe role also supports HR reporting, PPK administration, employee service processes and HR projects related to automation, self-service and continuous improvement of HR operations.\nAbout the role\nManage HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes. \nMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee data across HR systems, payroll files and documentation. \nCoordinate employment changes, transfers, contract extensions, and related system updates. \nPrepare, consolidate and verify payroll inputs, including salaries, absences, overtime and allowances. \nCoordinate payroll processes with HR, Finance, Accounting and the external payroll provider. \nAdminister employee benefits, including medical care, life insurance, PPK and the Worksmile platform. \nRespond to employee and manager HR queries and provide day-to-day HR support. \nPrepare employment-related certificates, confirmations and other HR documentation. \nPrepare regular and ad hoc HR/payroll reports and support data analysis for HR and management. \nSupport salary benchmarking, compensation reporting and annual compensation review processes. \nSupport HR projects related to automation, digitalization, process improvements and changes in Polish labour law. \nMaintain HR process documentation, calendars, checklists and knowledge base materials. \nRequirements\nHigher education preferred in HR, payroll, finance, administration, law or related field. \nMinimum 4 years of experience in HR payroll, HR administration or HR operations. \nSolid knowledge of Polish labor law, payroll, working time, benefits and HR processes. \nExperience with payroll preparation/verification, employee data, HR reporting and HR/payroll systems. \nVery good MS Office skills, especially Excel. \nFluent Polish and English. \nStrong attention to detail, organization, ownership and ability to meet deadlines. \nExcellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving approach and discretion with confidential data.
