Account Manager

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management capabilities, a passion for media, and the ability to build trusted partnerships with clients while driving business growth. A very good understanding of audience data and how to integrate data thinking into strategies.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted day-to-day contact for assigned accounts.

• Understand client business objectives and marketing goals through regular engagement and consultation.

• Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies aligned to client objectives.

• Manage the planning, execution and optimization of ATL media campaigns across television, radio, print and out-of-home channels.

• Oversee campaign delivery to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time and within budget.

• Identify opportunities to improve media performance and enhance client outcomes.

• Present media recommendations, campaign results and strategic insights to clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams, media partners and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.

• Manage campaign budgets, reporting and financial administration related to client accounts.

• Act as the first point of contact for campaign-related queries, ensuring a high standard of client service.

• Stay informed of industry trends, media innovations and market developments.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in media account management, client service or a similar role
• Proven experience managing campaigns and budgets.

• Experience working across ATL media channels, including Television, Radio, Print and Out-of-Home (OOH).

• Understanding of media strategy development and implementation.

• Understanding of a good data led strategic approach and how to analyse the data

• Proficiency in industry media planning and reporting tools.

• Relevant qualification in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, Advertising or a related field will be advantageous.
