You will lead efforts to expand platform adoption across creative, marketing, and operations teams while helping resolve complex platform challenges quickly and sustainably.\nYou will design and configure solutions hands-on, partnering with platform administrators, developers, and implementation partners to bring those solutions to life. You will balance strategic architecture with practical execution, while working within a support model designed to protect your time for high-impact adoption initiatives.\nYou will also use each challenge you solve as an opportunity to strengthen governance, improve platform practices, and create more scalable, durable solutions across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlatform Adoption and Enablement\nOwn the estate-wide adoption roadmap using a phased approach: proof of concept, pilot, scale, and continuous evolution. \nDesign and configure pilot solutions directly, then hand them to support teams for scaled rollout. \nIdentify use cases where automation and generative AI can return creative capacity to teams, and frame adoption around enablement rather than replacement. \nDevelop training materials, playbooks, and office hours that help teams move from basic use to advanced capability. \nTrack adoption metrics and report progress and value to leadership. \nArchitecture and Governance\nDefine and maintain reference architectures, integration patterns, and configuration standards that apply across all instances in the estate. \nDesign and configure the integration between Workfront and AEM Assets to support unified content operations and automated asset lifecycle management. \nEnsure all solutions follow Adobe security best practices, including proper configuration, role-based access, and data governance controls. \nLead architecture for instance consolidation and migration, including preconditions, sequencing, and risk mitigation. \nEstablish template governance models that protect brand standards while preserving production speed. \nPlatform Stewardship and Issue Resolution\nServe as the final escalation point for complex, multisystem issues across Workfront, AEM Assets, AEM as a Cloud Service, and connected Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop and Firefly. \nDefine the triage model so routine issues are resolved by first-line support and only architectural issues reach this role. \nPerform root cause analysis on recurring incidents and design lasting fixes rather than workarounds. \nPartner with Adobe Support and account teams to escalate product defects and track resolution. \nStakeholder Partnership\nAct as a trusted advisor to internal leadership, the Global Platforms team, and business unit owners across the estate. \nTranslate technical constraints into clear business trade-offs for executive audiences. \nFacilitate alignment between local platform owners and central governance where priorities differ. \nDirect the work of supporting administrators, developers, or partners within an Agile delivery model. \nQualifications\nRequired\n7+ years of experience in enterprise platform architecture, with at least 4 years focused on Adobe Experience Cloud. \nProven expertise in Adobe Workfront and AEM Assets, including direct, practical experience configuring and administering both platforms, not only designing them. \nWorking knowledge of AEM as a Cloud Service architecture, including author, publish, and dispatcher tiers, Cloud Manager, and CI/CD pipelines. \nExperience working across multiple instances or a federated platform estate. \nExperience resolving complex platform issues across multiple integrated systems. \nDemonstrated success leading platform adoption or change management programs at scale. \nExperience directing or coordinating the work of administrators, developers, or implementation partners. \nStrong executive communication skills, with the ability to present trade-offs clearly and concisely. \nPreferred\nAdobe certifications (AEM Architect, Workfront Core Developer, or equivalent). \nExperience with Workfront Fusion, Adobe I/O, and Adobe Firefly Services APIs. \nBackground in agency or multi-brand environments with federated platform ownership. \nExperience with instance consolidation or platform migration programs. \nFamiliarity with HTML, CSS, and React for front-end integration discussions. \nThe annual salary range for this position is $113,000 - $178,000.
