- 監控開發進度，協調資源，確保產品按時交付並達成高品質標準。
- 市場與用戶分析
- 與用戶訪談及測試，收集反饋以持續改進產品。
- 分析市場數據及產品績效，並根據結果進行迭代優化。
- 業務目標對齊
- 確保產品策略與公司整體業務目標一致，並能夠推動商業增長。
- 制定並追蹤關鍵績效指標 (KPI)，評估產品的市場影響與價值。
