This is a highly hands-on technical leadership role that requires deep expertise in data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence platforms. The successful candidate will actively design, build, troubleshoot, and optimize solutions while providing technical leadership to the broader team.\nAccountabilities\nDefine and implement the target source-to-reporting architecture.\n\nEstablish raw, staging, transformation, correction, mapping, and reporting layers.\n\nLead complex Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Power BI, Logic App and Python development.\n\nEstablish dynamic source-file selection and remove hardcoded file dependencies.\n\nDefine processed-file history, ingestion timestamps, run controls, and audit requirements.\n\nEstablish governance for mapping tables, corrections, exceptions, and business-rule changes.\n\nLead complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.\n\nDefine acceptance criteria, technical standards, testing requirements, and operational service levels.\n\nCoordinate decisions across Media Operations, Media Effectiveness, Planning, Broadcast, and supporting teams.\n\nProvide technical oversight, code review, and coaching junior team members.\n\nOwn production transition, stakeholder acceptance, and the future automation roadmap.\n\nQualifications\n5+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, BI architecture, or related roles\n\nAdvanced SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Power BI, DAX, Python, Databricks\n\nExperience delivering production data platforms under compressed timelines\n\nStrong data modelling, governance, reconciliation, lineage, and operational-control experience\n\nStrong executive communication and stakeholder-management capabilities\n\nAdditional information\nVacancy: Is this posting for the purposes of filling an existing vacancy [Y /N]\nThe salary range for this position is $90k-105k.
