Platform/Application Support Analyst

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities -

• Provide Adobe Workfront platform support to the agreed SLA’s leveraging the support resources internally and with 3rd party vendors and suppliers.
• Proactively monitor & maintain the Workfront system components to ensure quality & performance is consistently high for our end-users.
• Provide support on user managements, future deployments, product releases and new configuration upgrades to the Adobe Workfront platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure support operations consistently meet evolving organizational needs.
• Ensure application support documentation is maintained and stored in a central repository.
• Work across the teams, peers and vendors to help continue the development of a Continuous Improvement ethos making the support services we provide best in class with a proactive approach.

Experience and Skills and Knowledge

• Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
• Experience in Workfront a SaaS platform for Project Management, Resource Management, Time Management and also in Service Now or similar ticketing tools.
• Knowledge and ability to interrogate code and configs to fix issues.
• Experience supporting global applications/platforms.
• Strong delivery focus and passion for quality and innovation.
