preferred.\nSalesforce Certified Solution Architect certification - preferred.\nExperience working in Agile delivery environments.\nExposure to AI/GenAI capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem.\nExperience supporting RFPs, solution estimations, and client presentations during pre-sales engagements.\nKnowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and governance methodologies.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and own Salesforce solution architecture across business and technology streams.\nLead FSC, Data Cloud, and Agentforce solution implementations.\nConduct architecture workshops, discovery sessions, and technical assessments.\nDrive solution design aligned with scalability, security, governance, and performance best practices.\nPartner with business stakeholders and delivery teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nProvide architecture guidance during implementation and deployment phases.\nSupport pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimations, architecture proposals, and client discussions.\nReview technical designs, code quality, and integration strategies.\nMentor and guide Salesforce developers, technical leads, and architects.\nEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and Salesforce best practices.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.\nStrong understanding of enterprise integration and CRM transformation programs.\nExperience working with global delivery teams and enterprise clients.\nAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and complex delivery programs effectively.\nLocation:\nDGS India -
