The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in AEM development, Java-based backend technologies, modern frontend frameworks, and enterprise content management solutions. The role involves building scalable digital experiences and collaborating with business stakeholders, designers, QA engineers, and cross-functional delivery teams.Job Description: Key Responsibilities · Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and custom applications. · Build backend solutions using Java, Apache Sling, OSGi, JCR, and related AEM frameworks. · Develop frontend experiences using HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and React. · Configure and customize AEM Core Components, Editable Templates, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments. · Implement AEM workflows, permissions, user/group management, and content publishing processes. · Develop and integrate REST APIs and other enterprise systems with AEM. · Work with headless CMS architectures, GraphQL, and Content Services where applicable. · Support deployments, troubleshoot issues
