The role focuses on building strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners to deliver impactful communication strategies that enhance brand credibility and engagement.Job Description:\nKey responsibilities:\nDevelop and execute strategic public relations and communication plans aligned with client business objectives. \nBuild and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, media houses, influencers, and industry stakeholders. \nLead proactive media outreach to secure high-quality earned media coverage across print, digital, television, radio, and online platforms. \nDraft and review press releases, media pitches, speeches, articles, thought leadership content, Q&As, briefing documents, and other communication materials. \nManage media interactions, interviews, press conferences, product launches, and corporate events. \nMonitor media coverage, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify communication opportunities and potential risks. \nDevelop and execute crisis communication strategies, issues management plans, and reputation management initiatives. \nCollaborate with Creative, Digital, Social Media, Content, and Client Servicing teams to deliver integrated communication campaigns. \nPrepare campaign reports, media analysis, share of voice reports, and PR measurement dashboards with actionable insights. \nSupport new business pitches by developing communication strategies, PR proposals, and media engagement plans. \nEnsure adherence to brand guidelines, communication standards, legal requirements, and organizational policies. \nMentor junior team members, provide strategic guidance, and contribute to capability building within the PR function. \n\nExperience & Qualifications\n3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Media Relations, Reputation Management, or Strategic Communications, preferably within a PR agency, communications consultancy, or corporate communications function. \nBachelor's degree in mass communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, English, Business Administration, or a related field.
