You’ll thrive in this role if you are interested in building strong stakeholder relationships, developing compelling content and seeing a strategy come to life from idea to execution.\nKey Responsibilities\nClient Fame, Campaign and Announcement Support\nSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of creative campaign launches, including the development of integrated communications plans. \nWrite clear, compelling messaging for campaigns for internal and external use. \nHelp develop campaign narratives and contribute to creative asset curation, documentation and tracking. \nMaintain updated announcement calendars, press and speaking trackers. \nPR writing experience, including press releases, pitch notes, blogs and other external content, required. \nOrganic Social Media Strategy & Execution\nSupport the development and execution of organic social strategy across LinkedIn and Instagram for the Dentsu Creative US and 360i channels, helping to grow and strengthen our brands’ presence across both channels. \nDevelop social content from idea through execution, including copy development, asset creation and coordination with creative and marketing teams. \nManage an organic social content calendar that balances always-on storytelling with a steady flow of agency news, creative work, announcements and thought leadership. \nWork alongside internal teams and stakeholders to ensure strong visual and verbal consistency across platforms. \nStay current on platform and industry trends and recommend ideas that boost organic engagement and reach. \nNewsletters, Growth & Lead Generation\nSupport the development and execution of external newsletters, including content planning, copy development, stakeholder coordination and deployment. \nCollaborate closely with stakeholders across DC Growth to develop content in support of nurture campaigns and lead-generation efforts, including some paid social campaigns. \nHelp identify opportunities to extend agency news, thought leadership, creative work and other communications content across owned and growth channels. \nMedia Scanning, Tracking & Reporting\nMonitor media coverage and contribute to daily news reporting to share insights with stakeholders. \nFlag key mentions, track trends, and keep internal press trackers updated and organized. \nSupport quarterly and campaign-specific communications reporting. \nUpdate and maintain media contact lists; track reporter moves proactively. \nExecutive Visibility, Events & Awards\nResearch speaking opportunities and assist with submission materials for conferences, awards, and panels. \nSupport the development of a speakers’ bureau featuring agency executives and creative leaders.\nHelp compile People Awards submissions for key executives. \nAssist with internal and external events, helping drive the agency’s industry presence.\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in communications, PR, marketing, social media, or a related field.\nExceptionally organized and comfortable managing multiple projects and timelines. Ability to balance proactivity and inevitable reactivity, moving quickly when needed.\nAmbitious and self-motivated, with a desire to grow, learn, and help shape a standout brand voice.\nStrong writing and content development skills, with experience adapting messaging across earned, owned and social channels.\nExperience in public relations, including PR writing and analytics tools.\nExperience developing content for LinkedIn and Instagram, including social copy and creative assets.\nAdditional Information:\nAt dentsu, we believe great work happens when we’re connected. Our hybrid way of working combines remote flexibility with regular in-person collaboration to spark ideas and strengthen our teams. Many of our employees who live within commuting distance (90 minutes) from one of our Headquarter or Hub Offices (New York, Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles) are required to work in the office 2-3 days per week including one Team Day. The minimum number of days may vary by office and role. Dentsu may designate other HQ or Hub offices at any time. Those who do not live near an office may be designated as a remote employee, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect you to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office from time to time.\nThe annual salary range for this position is $72,000-$86,000.
