Job Description: Role Overview As a Business Analyst (BA), you will work closely with clients, product owners, and development teams to define, refine, and shape requirements for digital platform projects (CMS solutions, Commerce, Martech & analytics) You will play a critical role in bridging business needs and technical execution-ensuring that requirements are well-understood, prioritized, and delivered into development in a way that enables high-quality, scalable digital experiences. This role is delivery-focused: translating requirements into actionable user stories, managing backlog grooming, and supporting development teams with clarity and alignment throughout the sprint cycle. Core Capabilities Requirements Analysis & Definition Elicit, capture, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders. Break down requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows. Refine and groom backlog items to ensure they are ready for development. Stakeholder Alignment Act as the point of contact between business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
