With more than 16,000 employees, Merkle operates in 30+ countries throughout the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.\nROLE OVERVIEW:\nWe are looking for a Temporary Business Analyst to lead business analysis activities across enterprise digital experience initiatives within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.\nIn this role, you will serve as a key connection between client business stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams, translating business objectives and operational needs into clear, actionable requirements for Adobe-based solutions. You will work across platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites, AEM Assets, Edge Delivery Services, Adobe Workfront, and other Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities.\nThis is a client-facing role requiring someone who can independently lead discovery and requirements activities, facilitate complex stakeholder discussions, identify gaps and dependencies, and help shape solutions rather than simply document requests.\nYou will partner closely with client stakeholders, product owners, solution architects, UX teams, developers, QA teams, and delivery leadership throughout the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery and solution definition through implementation, testing, and release.\nThe ideal candidate brings strong Business Analysis fundamentals, significant Agile delivery experience, and hands-on experience working within Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nLead requirements discovery and analysis for Adobe Experience Cloud implementations and enhancement initiatives.\nPlan and facilitate stakeholder interviews, discovery workshops, requirements sessions, and solution-definition discussions.\nTranslate business objectives into capabilities, epics, features, user stories, functional requirements, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.\nIndependently own requirements for significant project workstreams from discovery through implementation.\nPartner with Adobe solution architects and technical teams to evaluate business requirements against platform capabilities and technical constraints.\nHelp stakeholders distinguish between business needs, solution requirements, and implementation preferences.\nIdentify gaps, dependencies, assumptions, risks, and conflicting requirements and drive them toward resolution.\nRecommend practical solutions when business requests conflict with Adobe platform capabilities, established implementation patterns, or project constraints.\nDevelop clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria that enable development and QA teams to execute effectively.\nOwn backlog quality and requirements readiness for assigned initiatives.\nLead and participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile delivery ceremonies.\nWork closely with Product Owners to support backlog prioritization and sequencing.\nMaintain requirements traceability from initial business objectives through implementation and validation.\nCoordinate requirements across business, UX, content, development, integrations, analytics, and QA workstreams.\nLead functional support for QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario review, requirement validation, defect triage, and functional clarification.\nSupport release-readiness activities and validate that delivered functionality addresses the intended business need.\nDocument current-state and future-state processes, workflows, governance models, business rules, and operating procedures.\nCommunicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders, translating between the two when necessary.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\n2-3+ years of Business Analysis experience within digital experience, marketing technology, enterprise technology consulting, product delivery, or a related field. \nDemonstrated experience supporting or delivering enterprise solutions within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. \nHands-on Business Analysis experience with Adobe Experience Manager, specifically AEM Sites and/or AEM Assets. \nExperience gathering and defining requirements for AEM capabilities, workflows, content models, authoring experiences, asset management, or related platform functionality. \nDemonstrated experience independently leading requirements discovery and requirements-management activities. \nStrong experience working within Agile delivery environments, including Scrum-based delivery. \nHands-on experience using Jira and Confluence to manage requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, documentation, backlog activities, and delivery coordination. \nSignificant experience supporting Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing, including requirement validation, test scenario review, defect triage, and functional clarification. \nStrong experience developing epics, features, user stories, functional requirements, business rules, and acceptance criteria. \nExperience facilitating discovery workshops and requirements sessions with business and technical stakeholders. \nExperience supporting backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization activities. \nStrong understanding of the software development lifecycle and how Business Analysis supports discovery, design, development, testing, and release. \nAbility to independently manage a project workstream and drive requirements from ambiguity to an implementable solution. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a complex enterprise delivery environment. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills. \nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE:\nExperience with multiple Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities is highly desirable, including:\nAdobe Experience Manager Sites \nAdobe Experience Manager Assets \nAdobe Edge Delivery Services \nAdobe Workfront \nAdobe Content Hub \nAdobe Dynamic Media \nAdobe certifications are a plus. \nADDITIONAL INFORMATION:\nAt dentsu, we believe great work happens when we’re connected. Our hybrid way of working combines remote flexibility with regular in-person collaboration to spark ideas and strengthen our teams. Many of our employees who live within commuting distance (90 minutes) from one of our Headquarter or Hub Offices (New York, Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles) are required to work in the office 2-3 days per week including one Team Day.
