You're a creative thinker, storyteller, and maker who understands how brands need to show up across social platforms. You can take a brief from concept to execution, bringing together video, photography, design, copy, and sound to create content that feels native to the platform.\nAt ICUC, we manage social and community presence for some of the world's largest brands. In this role, you'll work alongside strategists, community managers, account teams, and clients to bring social content strategies to life. You'll help create content that doesn't just fill a calendar but gives audiences a reason to engage.\nWhat You'll Own\nSocial-first content creation: Conceptualize, storyboard, script, shoot, edit, design, and deliver content for brands across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms.\nShort-form video production: Create engaging, platform-native video content, including Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and other social formats, from initial concept through final edit.\nCreative concept development: Translate client briefs, brand identities, and content strategies into compelling creative ideas for always-on, campaign, and proactive social content.\nMulti-format creative production: Combine video, photography, motion graphics, animation, sound, typography, and copywriting to produce content tailored to different platforms and audiences.\nTrend identification and creative opportunities: Stay close to social culture, platform trends, emerging formats, and creator behaviours. Proactively identify opportunities for brands to participate in relevant conversations.\nCreative collaboration: Work closely with content strategists, community managers, creative teams, account teams, and clients to develop ideas, refine creative, and deliver content that meets brand and business objectives.\nContent adaptation and versioning: Adapt creative assets for different social platforms, formats, audiences, and campaign requirements while maintaining brand consistency.\nCreative quality and delivery: Manage multiple content requests and production timelines, ensuring work meets creative standards, client expectations, and platform specifications.\nWho You Are\n2+ years of professional experience creating social media content for brands, agencies, or digital-first organizations.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating original social-first content, particularly short-form video, motion graphics, and creative storytelling.\nDeep understanding of social platforms, their creative formats, audience behaviours, and content trends.\nComfortable taking a creative brief and developing it into a finished piece of content, from concept and scripting through production and editing.\nStrong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, or comparable creative production tools.\nExperience with video production, including camera operation, lighting, sound, editing, and post-production.\nSkilled in graphic design, visual composition, typography, and motion graphics.\nComfortable creating and adapting content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, or similar platforms.\nA creative thinker who brings ideas to the table, challenges conventional approaches, and looks for opportunities to make content more engaging.\nA collaborative partner who can communicate creative ideas, receive feedback, and work with different disciplines.\nOrganized and comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and creative deliverables in a remote working environment.\nWhy This Role\nYou'll create social content for some of the world's largest and most recognized brands.\nRemote-first with a globally distributed team across 35+ countries.\nOpportunities to work across brands, industries, platforms, and creative formats.\nA collaborative environment where content creators work directly with social strategists, community experts, and client teams.\nThe opportunity to bring your own creative perspective, ideas, and expertise to the work.\nA culture that values great work, initiative, and professional growth.\nAdditional information\nVacancy: Is this posting for the purposes of filling an existing vacancy [Y /N]\nThe salary range for this position is $70k-$80k.
