We are looking for someone who is proactive, works well in a team environment, and most importantly, willing to learn.\nAs a Programmatic Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to learn how to set up campaigns, manage and deliver to client KPIs, and learn the ins and outs of programmatic platforms such as DV360, Amazon, Teads, The Trade Desk, & more.\nYour day-to-day would include campaign set ups, pacing/performance checks, weekly reporting, building strategic plans, and day-to-day campaign optimizations. You will be working closely with multiple stakeholders in supporting their day-to-day tasks, across both Programmatic & Planning. You will also be working with external stakeholders, including our valued media partners, on campaign related tasks. A successful candidate would demonstrate problem solving skills, attention to detail, time management, and excellent communication skills.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSet up and provide oversight of programmatic campaigns across various platforms.\nPerform QA’s on campaign set-up, pre-launch.\nSupport programmatic team on daily tasks and projects, including weekly reporting & billing.\nCommunicate effectively with internal and external partners, including planners and media partners.\nComplete regular campaign optimizations & pacing checks on programmatic campaigns, including updating pacing/performance tracker.\nPrepares final reports that provides insight into campaign performance using data to tell a compelling story.\nQualifications:\nA great attitude and a willingness to learn!\nExcellent communication and writing skills.\nStrong problem solving and critical analysis skills.\nAptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships.\nAbility to organize and strong attention to detail.\nAdvanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\nAdditional information\nVacancy: Is this posting for the purposes of filling an existing vacancy [Y /N]\nThe salary range for this position is $40k-$47k.
