You’ll be paired with a CD art director and reporting to ECDs. You will concept and execute a variety of deliverables including integrated brand campaigns, retail and shopper marketing, CRM and lifecycle communications, healthcare enrollment and member communications, patient education, social and content creation, retail media and commerce assets, in-store experiences, personalization programs, and AI-enabled creative production. This high conceptual thinker is responsible for generating, co-managing and co-directing the look, tone and feel of all on-strategy creative ideas across multiple mediums.\nKey Accountabilities\nYou'll oversee that creative choices relate to messaging strategies, elevate the quality of the work, and meet client and agency's objectives.\nYou'll mentor direct reports and create a supportive culture.\nYou'll be a go-to client-facing voice, nurture client relationships, present and sell creative concepts, and be a liaison between client and creative teams.\nYou'll seek out new messaging innovations and technologies to cultivate new concepts and promote new ideas.\nYou'll demonstrate an understanding of unique audiences and creating content that is relevant to each.\nQualifications:\n10+ years minimum experience ideating and executing creative concepts in the creative advertising industry \nBachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing or related field, required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required\nStrategic and creative skills (written, visual, and conceptual)\nClient service and presentation skills\nExperience using a variety of technology platforms and media channels\nExperience managing multiple teams\nLocation: Must be in New York or Boston\nAdditional Information:\nThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $136,850-$180,000.
