XEN Delivery Management\nXEN LAB is a first-of-a-kind Experience Design and Innovation Lab (located in Pune and Bangalore) specially curated for Design Thinking workshops. XEN Methodology focuses on Human Centric approach to achieve exceptional Customer Experience (CX) and Digital Transformation (DX) initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide delivery and operational support for XEN teams, programs, and initiatives.\nManage physical workspace/space requirements in collaboration with XEN Craft Leads.\nProvide delivery support for XEN workshops including: Proposals, project planning and tracking, resource planning, TAT management and delivery coordination\nManage and coordinate XEN Extensions, XEN Outreach, and similar programs.\nSupport XEN resource allocation, utilization, billability, and bench management.\nTrack resource availability and proactively identify capacity or staffing requirements.\nTrack and manage internal XEN initiatives such as XEN Tools, Experience Trend Reports and other strategic/operational programs.\nProvide regular visibility on initiative progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery status to relevant stakeholders.\nExperience & Skills required:\n10+ years of experience in Design Delivery Management, resource management, program/project management, or a similar operational leadership role.\nExperience managing distributed design teams and working with stakeholders across multiple geographies.\nStrong understanding of design resource planning, capacity management, utilization, billability, and bench management.\nExperience supporting presales, proposal reviews, estimation, and project planning for Experience Design projects\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior craft leads, delivery leads and business stakeholders\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and competing resource demands.\nExperience with performance management, team development, hiring, and onboarding (for design talent) \nStrong ownership of design delivery commitments, timelines, and customer outcomes\nAbility to identify risks early, drive resolution, and operate effectively in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.\nBatchelors/Masters degree in User Experience Design or management is highly desired\nLocation:\nDGS India -
