Job Description:

¡En Dentsu estamos en búsqueda de un Project Manager (Delivery Specialist)!

El objetivo de este rol es liderar la relación estratégica con los clientes asignados, garantizando una experiencia de servicio excepcional, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento del negocio y articulando a los equipos internos para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales y operativos de cada cuenta.

Buscamos profesionales en Comunicación Social, Publicidad, Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo o carreras afines.

Requisitos:

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en gestión de clientes, manejo de cuentas, servicio al cliente, consultoría, proyectos o roles relacionados.
  • Experiencia en relacionamiento con clientes y diferentes stakeholders, entendiendo sus necesidades de negocio y construyendo relaciones de confianza y largo plazo.
  • Capacidad para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento, upselling y desarrollo de nuevas iniciativas dentro de las cuentas asignadas.
  • Habilidad para coordinar y gestionar equipos multidisciplinarios, asegurando una ejecución eficiente y alineada con los objetivos del cliente.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación, presentación y manejo de reuniones con clientes.
  • Perfil altamente proactivo, orientado a resultados, con pensamiento estratégico, capacidad analítica y enfoque en la solución de problemas.
  • Inglés intermedio.
  • Conocimiento en gestión de proyectos, planeación y metodologías ágiles.
