You will do a mix of hands-on design work and setting the visual tone and language for a variety of campaign creative including storyboards for video, OOH, paid social and print. You will concept and execute a variety of deliverables including integrated brand campaigns, retail and shopper marketing, CRM and lifecycle communications, healthcare enrollment and member communications, patient education, social and content creation, retail media and commerce assets, in-store experiences, personalization programs, and AI-enabled creative production. You will report to a Design Director. You have a background in branding and visual design and have 3+ years of experience in an agency environment.\nRole Overview:\nAs a Designer specializing in brand identity, you will play a key role with Design Directors and Strategy leads to elevate the design standards of our agency's output. Your primary objective is to concept and execute distinctive ideas and designs, ensuring the creative strategic development and overall concept development of our client's brand.\nResponsibilities:\nHands on visual/graphic and branding design including concepting and executing branding and design ideas\nRevise and edit designs, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.\nYou will develop on-brand creative activations rooted in strategy that serve as a framework for bringing art and messaging to life for specific audiences, across channels.\nYou will partner with our teams to create concepts that enhance response strategies and achieve client goals.\nYou understand unique audiences and creating content that is relevant to each.\nYou will stay current with the latest trends and technologies\nYou will present work internally.\nYou have a love for what’s happening in culture, and across various industries\nQualifications and Skills:\n3+ years of experience in hands on brand and visual design and art direction\nBachelor’s degree in advertising, design or related field\nExperience in an agency setting\nExperience with brand identity and brand development\nPortfolio showcasing successful brand identity projects and strong typography\nKnowledge of design trends, tools, and technologies.\nAdept at designing in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite\nDesign systems and brand guidelines experience\nMotion design and AI image generation experience are a plus\nAdditional Information\nThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $90,000.
