As a Digital Planner at Carat, you'll help brands figure out what deserves their attention and where their media investment can make the biggest difference. You'll turn audience behavior, data, culture, and business objectives into digital strategies that move people and deliver measurable results.
You'll work closely with clients, Strategy, Investment, Performance, Creative, and media partners to challenge assumptions, find opportunities, and make smarter decisions from planning through performance.
Your plan won't just determine where the budget goes. It will influence what the brand does next.

What You'll Do
Turn business objectives and audience insights into digital strategies that drive meaningful results.
Build media plans across digital channels, making clear decisions on audience, channel, investment, timing, and role.
Read campaign performance and audience signals to understand what is actually moving the needle and what needs to change.
Work with Strategy, Investment, Performance, Creative, Commerce, Data, and media partners to unlock better opportunities.
Bring new thinking into the work as platforms, technology, culture, and consumer behavior continue to change.
A Bit About You
At least 2 years of digital media planning experience, ideally within a media, integrated, or advertising agency.
You think beyond clicks and impressions and care about what the media is actually changing for the business.
Comfortable with data, but able to turn it into a clear recommendation and point of view.
Curious about people and what makes them stop, engage, choose, and act.
Confident working with clients and partners and willing to challenge the brief when you see a better opportunity.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities without losing sight of the outcome.
Ambitious to become the planner people trust when the decision matters.
