You'll work closely with the Controlling team and European and Global Controlling teams to maintain and improve the financial control environment.\nYou'll also manage the finance-related aspects of information systems transformation, including the deployment of a Group solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the implementation of new reporting tools.\nJob Description:\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the monthly reporting process with support from the Reporting Financial Analyst, managing the timetable and ensuring Group deadlines and requirements are met. Work closely with the Controlling team on balance sheet and cash flow performance.\nEnsure compliance with IFRS standards, Group procedures and internal controls, taking responsibility for the quality and traceability of financial information reported to the Group.\nCoordinate external and internal audit matters and maintain a high standard of internal financial control.\nDevelop, maintain and monitor financial processes, ensuring monthly processes are properly executed and all required approvals are obtained in line with Group procedures and J-SOX requirements.\nManage working capital activities, initiate and coordinate improvement actions, ensure reporting accuracy and validate forecasts prepared by the Controlling team.\nManage the finance-related aspects of systems transformation, coordinating with development teams on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 deployment and new reporting tools.\nMaintain regular communication with European and Global Controlling teams to support continuous improvement of the control environment.\nRequirements\nAround 10 years of professional experience, including experience in an audit firm and in a similar role within an international company.\nExcellent knowledge of IFRS standards.\nFluent written and spoken English, with previous experience working in English. Approximately 30% of the role is conducted in English.\nCommunicate clearly with stakeholders and coordinate financial reporting and control activities across teams.\nExperience managing through influence and obtaining information from teams without direct reporting lines.\nCheck financial information for accuracy and deliver reporting within Group deadlines.\nA degree from a Business School, Engineering School, Communication School or University, together with a professional accounting qualification such as DSCG, Chartered Accountant or equivalent.\nPay Range\nIn line with the European Pay Transparency Directive, we are including the pay range for this role.
