Descripción del Cargo: Estratega de Mercadeo (Marketing Growth Solution Strategist)

En Dentsu estamos en la búsqueda de unestratega con enfoque en mercadeo y negocio, capaz de liderar el desarrollo de planteamientos estratégicos sólidos tanto offline como online que alineen marca, objetivos comerciales y acciones concretas.

Buscamos a una persona con pensamiento estratégico, criterio comercial y visión de marca, que sepa transformar la información del mercado, del consumidor y del negocio en rutas de acción claras y conectadas.

El rol exige la capacidad de conectar distintos frentes (branding, contenido, medios, CX y marketing digital) bajo una misma narrativa estratégica, y garantizar que todos los esfuerzos trabajen con coherencia hacia un mismo objetivo de crecimiento.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar estrategias de mercadeo y marca conectadas con objetivos de negocio.
  • Traducir información, data y comportamiento del consumidor en insights accionables.
  • Tener experiencia creando y desarrollando estrategias offline y online (Multicanal)
  • Construir planteamientos estratégicos que sirvan de base para la creatividad, medios y experiencia de cliente.
  • Integrar distintas disciplinas bajo una misma visión estratégica (CX, medios, creatividad, digital).
  • Liderar a los equipos involucrados en torno a un mismo foco de marca y comunicación.
  • Analizar resultados y desempeño de las estrategias, proponiendo optimizaciones según aprendizajes.

Perfil que buscamos

  • Profesional con experiencia en mercadeo multicanal (tradicional y digital), planes de comunicación e iniciativas y desarrollo de marca.
  • Pensamiento estructurado, capacidad de síntesis y fuerte criterio estratégico.
  • Conocimiento en medios masivos, creatividad, medios digitales y CX
  • Habilidad para conectar equipos y disciplinas en un mismo marco estratégico.
  • Enfoque en resultados y mentalidad orientada a soluciones.
