Job Description

We're seeking an experienced, forward-thinking marketer who is not only well-versed in Marketing, MarTech, and data but also deeply understands how these elements converge to craft hyper-personalized customer experiences. The ideal candidate is, first and foremost, a marketer with a passion for strategy, who leverages MarTech and data as powerful enablers to drive efficiency and business outcomes.

This is a 7-month maternity cover role, with the position being offered on a fixed-term basis for the duration of the cover period.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Optimization & Customer Journeys: Design, develop, and optimize marketing campaigns and customer journeys by activating digital data across a range of MarTech platforms and omnichannel (O2O) strategies.

• MarTech Consultation: Advise clients on how various MarTech components can seamlessly work together to drive their marketing and business goals.

• Opportunity Identification: Uncover client opportunities and identify key requirements to address their marketing challenges and enhance digital maturity.

• Project Ownership: Lead consulting, implementation, and managed services projects across a diverse suite of MarTech tools and platforms.

• Client Management: Help clients achieve marketing effectiveness and nurture relationships for long-term success.

Key Qualifications

• Analytical Mindset: Strongly analytical, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable technical solutions.

• MarTech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with key CEP platforms (SFMC, Braze), driving marketing strategies with data-driven insights. Hands-on experience with CDP platforms (Tealium, Segment) is a plus but not a requirement.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong HTML/CSS and AMPscript experience for SMFC is required

• Highly organized: Ability to juggle multiple clients and projects, maintaining both a high-level strategic view and a detailed understanding of technical execution.

• Relevant Experience: 3-4 years of experience in utilizing MarTech and data to deliver impactful marketing strategies.

• Passion for Innovation: A strong passion for technology, data, and a love for sharing and selling your ideas to clients and stakeholders.
