You have a sharp eye for detail, take ownership of your work, and proactively address issues before they become problems. You'll thrive in this role if you're comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and communicating clearly when support is needed or when something requires attention. Most importantly, you understand that the quality of your work directly impacts the experience of every employee we support.\nEducation & Experience\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus.\n\n1-3 years of experience in IT asset management, warehouse operations, or a related field.\n\nStrong verbal communication and interpersonal skills - you deal with people every day and need to be clear, professional, and easy to work with.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.\n\nStrong attention to detail - accuracy in asset records is non-negotiable.\n\nReliable and punctual, with the ability to manage a high-volume workload with minimal supervision.\n\nDemonstrated experience with shipping and receiving - logging inbound shipments, verifying against purchase orders, and coordinating outbound deliveries.\n\nHands-on experience with inventory management - cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and maintaining accurate records across a physical inventory.\n\nFamiliarity with carrier platforms and shipping documentation (FedEx, UPS, or similar).\n\nComfortable working in an asset depot environment - standing, moving equipment, and managing physical inventory for extended periods.\n\nAbility to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.\n\nWhat Will Set You Apart\nHands-on experience with an asset management or CMDB system (ServiceNow, Cherwell, or similar).\n\nExperience with laptop or PC hardware staging and imaging.\n\nFamiliarity with ITIL asset management practices.\n\nPrior experience in a corporate IT environment supporting a distributed workforce.\n\nCompTIA A+ or equivalent certification.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nIn your first 30 days, you have a clear understanding of the full asset lifecycle - the processes, the tools, the key vendors, and how work flows through the team.\nAt 60 days, you are managing inbound and outbound independently.
