We're looking for an experienced architect who can lead discovery efforts, design enterprise-scale Workfront ecosystems, advise senior stakeholders, and guide implementation teams from strategy through execution.\nThe ideal candidate understands how Adobe Workfront Core, Planning, and Fusion work together to support enterprise operating models and can confidently translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders to understand operational challenges, requirements, and goals.\nDesign end-to-end Adobe Workfront solutions that align people, process, governance, and technology.\nArchitect enterprise work management frameworks utilizing Workfront Core, Workfront Planning, and Workfront Fusion.\nCreate scalable operating models, governance structures, intake processes, approval workflows, reporting frameworks, and portfolio management solutions.\nTranslate complex business requirements into detailed functional designs and implementation roadmaps.\nPresent solution recommendations and architectural approaches to client leadership and executive stakeholders.\nEvaluate platform capabilities, constraints, dependencies, risks, and implementation considerations.\nPartner closely with implementation teams to ensure architectural integrity throughout delivery.\nProvide guidance around automation strategy, integration opportunities, and Workfront Fusion capabilities.\nDefine best practices for workspace configuration, custom forms, request queues, workflow design, reporting, resource management, and governance.\nParticipate in client-facing workshops, design reviews, demonstrations, and solution presentations.\nMentor consultants and implementation resources on Workfront architecture best practices.\nContribute to solution accelerators, delivery methodologies, and capability development initiatives.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of experience working with Adobe Workfront or enterprise work management platforms.\nProven expertise with Adobe Workfront Core.\nExperience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Workfront solutions.\nStrong understanding of Workfront governance models, intake processes, workflows, reporting, resource management, and project operations.\nExperience leading discovery sessions and translating business requirements into solution designs.\nAbility to facilitate workshops and engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.\nExperience presenting complex solution architectures to leadership and client teams.\nStrong consulting skills with the ability to influence decisions and drive alignment.\nExperience developing architecture documentation, process flows, design specifications, and implementation roadmaps.\nExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing consulting environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nDeep expertise with Adobe Workfront Planning.\nExperience designing automation strategies using Adobe Workfront Fusion.\nAdobe Workfront certifications.\nExperience with enterprise governance and operating model transformations.\nFamiliarity with APIs, integrations, and connected enterprise ecosystems.\nExperience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.\nBackground in marketing operations, project management offices (PMO), business operations, or work management transformation.\nExperience mentoring consultants, architects, or delivery teams.\nPrevious experience in a consulting, agency, or professional services environment.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nClients successfully adopt scalable Workfront operating models.\nStakeholders have confidence in solution direction and architectural decisions.\nImplementations align to business objectives while maintaining platform best practices.\nGovernance, workflows, reporting, and resource models are designed for long-term scalability.\nDelivery teams are equipped with clear architectural guidance and implementation direction.\nAutomation and process improvements drive measurable operational efficiencies.\nWhy Join Us?\nYou'll work with enterprise clients and some of the industry's most experienced Adobe practitioners to solve complex operational and workflow challenges.
