This role provides day-to-day support to internal teams, clients, and partners, ensuring accurate data, efficient workflows, and operational excellence. Working cross-functionally, the Manager identifies process improvements, supports system enhancements, and helps drive the digitalization and continuous optimization of field operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and maintain operational platforms, program data, execution controls, and reporting systems.\nSupport the development and execution of annual, quarterly, and incremental event and activation plans.\nAssist in developing and managing program budgets, forecasts, and operational tracking.\nMaintain program standards, approved item catalogs, and vendor communications.\nProvide timely support to internal teams, clients, and partners regarding systems, processes, and program execution.\nTroubleshoot user, system, and process issues while identifying root causes and implementing solutions.\nPartner with Planning, Regional, Technology, and Client Delivery teams to ensure operational alignment and efficiency.\nCreate and maintain process documentation, training materials, and user guides.\nAnalyze operational data and identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization.\nSupport new initiatives, evolving business priorities, and additional operational needs as required.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.\n3+ years of experience in operations, project management, client delivery, marketing operations, event operations, or a related field.\nStrong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nStrong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.\nExperience managing budgets, forecasts, and operational reporting.\nAbility to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.\nStrong client service and relationship-building skills.\nExperience working with technology platforms, databases, or operational systems preferred.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proficiency with Outlook and PowerPoint/Keynote.\nLocation\nThis position is based in New York City and follows a hybrid work model. Remote candidates located within the Eastern Time Zone are also encouraged to apply.\nThe annual salary range for this position is $71,875 - $80,000 annually.
