You will ensure your team has the necessary tools and skills to maintain the highest standards in RM delivery, ensuring all of our clients’ needs are met and expectations exceeded. You will take pride in your work, delivering best practice campaigns for on-site activity across key retailers and marketplaces, such as Amazon, Sainsbury’s, Asda and more.\nSuccess will be measured through improving account performance, client satisfaction surveys, case study production, client growth/retention and contribution to the Retail Media Team’s growth within the Agency\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\nYour responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:\nDevelop and manage your team to an industry leading standard. \nEnsure deadlines are met, actively working on key accounts where necessary. \nResponsible for quality of all work output from your team across all clients; ensuring that it conforms to agency best practice. \nMonitor client results and delivery against forecast & provide clear strategic direction on how to improve performance. \nChallenge & interrogate briefs, ensuring delivery is of the highest standard, on time and in line with agency values. \nImplement and manage client process including reporting & finance. \nBe an expert in all relevant tools & technology. \nBuild & maintain project and account development plans outlining all key tasks for clients. \nEnsure work is always in line with client's overall strategy. \nAccurately forecast potential delivery for existing & new clients against their KPIs \nContribute to the development and growth of the Retail Media product through project work and information sharing. \nHelp build and deliver training to both new starters and junior members of the team \nContribute to the wider growth of the channel within the agency \nProfessional Skills \nAptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships, both vertical and horizontal. \nAbility to pre-empt issues and be creative and pro-active in producing solutions. \nA high degree of numeracy and literacy are essential. \nAbility to work under pressure and with short deadlines. \nHighly literate in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. \nEffective use of Microsoft Copilot or a similar LLM tool within a working environment \nExcellent analytical and problem solving skills. \nExcellent communication skills. \nExcellent presentation skills. \nExcellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task. \nStrong attention to detail. \nAble to work independently and challenge the status quo, including client briefs and supplier’s within Retail Media. \nRole Capabilities\nIn depth knowledge of Commerce Media, with a focus on onsite Retail Media Activation. Keeping up to date with the latest trends, updates and technologies. \nA sound grounding in digital media, with a good general understanding of how each channel impacts one another. Particularly Programmatic, AV and Paid Social. \nTakes accountability for quality of output across team accounts and strive for improvements and successes to delight our clients. \nExpert in creating and managing processes, including the use of LLMs and AI (e.g. Copilot Agents) \nEffective in managing through others. \nLeadership skills, including developing and mentoring junior members of the team. \nAdaptable beyond the core aspect of the role. \nRole modelling our values and behaviours at all times. \nStrong people management skills \nKey Experiences\nExperience working with AmazonAds, Criteo and/or Epsilon is preferred but not essential if you have other relevant skills and experiences you can demonstrate \nAt least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally working at an Agency within a Retail or Commerce Media team \nAt least 18 months experience in team management and/or mentoring and coaching others. \nExperience of using third party tools such as Skai and Pacvue is preferred but not essential \nExperience of working with tools such as Profitero, Helium10, Shalion and DataImpact are useful but not essential \nPassionate about the internet and technology, with a keen interest in the development of the Retail Media and Commerce industry, particularly from a digital perspective. \nAn interest in AI tools and LLMs - particularly how they can be used to support and improve processes and productivity within the industry. \nABOUT DENTSU INTERNATIONAL \nPart of dentsu, dentsu international headquartered in London operates in over 145 markets worldwide with more than 48,000 dedicated specialists.
