Job Description:
Reporting to the Senior Strategist, Social Marketing & Strategy, you will lead social media initiatives for a leading outdoor-focused CPG snack brand, driving creative excellence and engagement across platforms. The ideal candidate brings a passion for the outdoors and/or experience working with outdoor, lifestyle, or adventure brands, along with a strong understanding of social-first storytelling and community engagement.You love digging into the insights and conversations that help fuel the larger social media story. You will use the latest social strategies that best represent the brand in the social space, ensuring the brandvoice is carried out across all oftheir social media channels while driving performance.
You are passionate about the changing world of social marketing, conversations in culture and all thingssocial media.
You are aware of the latest trends across social platforms and recognize the impact of social marketing inan overall marketing strategy.
You will be responsible forcontent calendars,publishing content and community engagement excites you.
You can demonstrateknowledge of all major social media platforms, enjoy testingnew ones, and have a history of growing social media accounts.
You understand how to make content work for different audiences and different platforms.
You can identifyresponse opportunities for our clients on socialandknow when to escalate/engage further.
Qualifications
2years minimumprofessional experience in marketing, social mediaor digital strategy
Passion for the outdoors and/or experience working with outdoor, lifestyle, or adventure brands
Knowledge of social listening platforms (i.e., Sprinklr or Sysomos) and havecampaign reporting experience by gathering inputs across a variety of departments
Collaborative and creative
You have experience creating social content on your phone
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Bachelors in Advertising, Marketing or related field, required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required

The annual salary range for this position is $71,875 - $75,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permittedby law.
