Utilization of auditing processes and techniques.\nCore Competencies:\nPrioritize quality and accuracy in everything you do.\nAdhere to standard operating procedures and client checklists.\nUtilize self-auditing processes and techniques.\nPerform thorough Quality Control self and peer checks of work \nDisplay advanced organizational, time management, and work prioritization skills.\nBasic to Intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS.\nExperience in responsive design is required.\nBasic knowledge of email platform limitations and code fixes/hacks to resolve (e.g., SFMC, Adobe Campaign, Braze, Oracle Responsys).\nTechnical understanding of platform-specific scripting languages and/or JavaScript is a plus.\nFamiliarity with large language models (LLMs) and AI tools is a plus.\nAbility to deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.\nAbility to prioritize work according to a variety of factors and variables.\nAbility to conceptualize and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nAbility to professionally connect with internal and external teams to increase trust and value for our clients.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nJob Expectations:\nFollow all company policies.\nPromote a positive, diverse, and collaborative work environment.\nComfortable working in a quick deadline-driven environment with diverse clientele.\nStay up to date on the latest industry trends and techniques.\nMaintain internal email best practices guides and HTML repositories.\nQualifications/What we’re looking for:\nOne to three years of experience in front-end development or email marketing in a professional environment.\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or comparable technical field, or professional experience that demonstrates comparable technical abilities required.\nExperience building error-free email campaigns, including responsive HTML emails.\nFamiliarity with email testing and QA tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid.\nBasic to Intermediate understanding of web languages and development tools such as HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Figma, Dreamweaver, Visual Studio, and Bootstrap.\nExperience communicating with internal teams as a primary point of contact a plus.\nExperience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) preferred. Other ESP experience (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Braze, Oracle Responsys, Oracle Eloqua) a plus.\nStrong work ethic and a bias toward action- and results-oriented activities.\nClear, friendly communication with teammates and clients.\nCollaborator that is team-centric and understands the importance of client service.\nNaturally proactive and highly organized with the ability to turnaround multiple complex projects quickly.\nThe annual salary range for this position is $68,000 - $75,000.
