The Senior Analyst role is focused on supporting our clients with reporting capabilities and will be driving the overall engagement in developing dashboards and reports on strategic clients and helping measure their overall marketing effectiveness. Will serve as a point of contact between multiple stakeholders both internal and external to identify reporting needs and deliver the solution.\nKey Responsibilities:\nGather and analyse reporting requirements from stakeholders, including new data needs, report layout preferences, and business objectives.\nDevelop and maintain advanced interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.\nProvides strategic, technical and or operational reporting best practices and guidance.\nReporting expertise and knowledge to solve business challenges and provide focus to team members.\nAbility to formulate analytical problem, summarize key findings/insights and make helpful recommendations.\nThought leadership and guidance in the development of client-facing presentations and read-outs.\nDrives the overall client engagement as the reporting Subject Matter expert (SME) in delivering reporting solutions while collaborating with data team.\nAnalysis of reporting requirements; including new data requirements, reporting layout and user needs.\nDefine best practices and the design/development, deployment, and maintenance of reports.
