optimization initiatives across controllership, operations finance, and RAA functions with focus on US transaction volumes\nMap current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable solutions aligned with global best practices\nCollaborate with business stakeholders and CoE leaders to prioritize improvement opportunities and manage implementation roadmaps\nEstablish KPIs, monitor process health metrics, and provide regular reporting on efficiency gains and cost savings\nLeverage process automation tools and RPA opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy\nDevelop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures\nSupport Centers of Excellence (CoEs) with process governance, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives\nRequired Qualifications\nA qualified CA/CMA with Minimum 10-12 years of overall experience in finance & accounting in a shared services environment, with at least 5 to 6 years specifically in process improvement area.\n10+ years of process improvement experience in finance shared services or similar environment\nStrong knowledge of accounting operations, controllership, or operational finance functions\nExperience with process mapping, Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable methodologies\nProven track record of delivering measurable cost and efficiency improvements\nExcellent analytical and communication skills with ability to influence across functions\nExperience supporting US-based finance operations or multi-geography reporting structures
