Job Description:
工作职责
通过各种谈判技巧，寻找返点机会、落实返点政策、即时追踪返点回收。 按照业务及客户实际情况，动态调整及优化成本节降模型及机制。 紧密与采购团队协同，通过聚量等方式扩大返点量。 统计、梳理、归纳成本节降数据，定期与财务及业务团队进行拉通及汇报。 制定月、季度采购节降计划及预测，定期追踪节降结果。 具有风险意识，在节降过程中发现违反采购及廉政政策的行为，积极报备和预警。 与平台同学协同，建立成本节降线上管理看板。
人员要求
具有至少3年媒介/非媒介供应商谈判经验 熟知各类节降形式及执行流程，包括返点、返货、折扣等。 了解广告行业供应商生态，包括不限于活动、创意、社媒等。 具有框架化思维，可以提炼、归纳、设立模型及规则。 具有风险管理意识，对高风险单据识别能力
