Project Management Sr Associate

Job Description:

ROLE PURPOSE

This isan opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented Sr. Associate, Project Management to support the successful delivery of digital marketing projects within a friendly, ambitious, and talented team passionate about all things digital.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized team member with 1-3 years of experience to support project managers and account teams across SEO, Paid Search, and other digital marketing projects. In this role, you will help keep projects organized, maintaintimelines, prepare meeting notes and status updates, organize project documentation, and support day-to-day coordination across internal teams, clients, and third-party partners. As a member of the Project Management Office (PMO), you should be eager to learn, comfortable communicating with stakeholders, and committed to helping projects move forward accurately, efficiently.

This position is for the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina, and works for teams locatedin Dentsu's agencies in other countries. Has a local support team that leads the integration and relationship with the other members of the Offshore Team in Argentina.

TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES

Support project managers with day-to-day coordination across digital marketing projects

Maintain project timelines, task lists, status trackers, and shared documentation

Schedule internal and client meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and distribute follow-ups

Help track project deliverables, deadlines, approvals, and open action items

Coordinate with internal teams to collect updates and ensure project information is accurateand current

Prepare and update project status reports for review by project managers and account leads

Assistwith organizing project materials, client feedback, files, and documentation in shared systems

Support the intake and tracking of new work requests under the guidance of project managers

Help coordinate internal reviews, QA checklists, and delivery preparation prior to client submission

Escalate risks, blockers, or timeline changes to the project manager in a timely manner

Learn and follow PMO processes, templates, and best practices to support consistent project delivery

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve project organization and workflow

As part of the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina, you must actively participatein the weekly virtual networking meetings with other members of the Argentina offshore team.

You must also participatein the Offshore Team's peer-to-peer engagement activities held periodically in our Buenos Aires offices, except for those who are not locatedin that city.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred

1-3 years of experience in project coordination, account coordination, administrative support, marketing operations, or a related role

Experience in a digital marketing, media, advertising, or agency environment is beneficial but not required

Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools is preferred

Interest in developing project management skills and growing within a PMO or operations team

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple workstreams with guidance

Comfort working in a fast-paced team environment with changing priorities

Working knowledge of project coordination tools, shared trackers, and collaboration platforms

Basic understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, Paid Search, Display, Social, or Analytics

Ability to take direction, ask thoughtful questions, and follow through on assigned tasks

Collaborative, dependable, and eager to learn project management best practices

Comfort preparing meeting notes, status updates, and clear documentation for internal and client-facing teams
