Share with the project team the client's vision, objectives, and expectations.\n\nAssign and supervise team tasks, managing assignments, vacations, and absences during the project.\n\nManage project progress to ensure deadlines, scope, and budget are met.\n\nFacilitate change requests to ensure all parties are informed of schedule and budget impacts.\n\nProvide visibility of project progress to the client and Customer Success Manager (CSM). Lead follow-up meetings and steering committees.\n\nAlert operations management of potential deviations. Establish communication and risk mitigation plans.\n\nMonitor all incoming and outgoing project documentation. Ensure project deliverables adhere to quality standards.\n\nLead project demos for the client.\n\nLead the resolution of issues arising from project implementation.\n\nLead the relationship and pursue customer satisfaction regarding the project.\n\nEnsure project objectives are met. Evaluate the project afterward and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.\n\nResponsible for sending customer satisfaction surveys regarding the project.\n\nIdentify potential Up & Cross-Selling opportunities for the account.\n\nLead team retrospectives and identify potential internal improvements.\n\nParticipate in the development, training, and supervision of the assigned team, providing guidance to improve their skills.\n\nExperience needed:\n+5 years of experience in Project Management roles, successfully leading Salesforce projects.\n\n+3 years of experience participating in end-to-end CRM implementation processes.\n\nSolid hands-on experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.\n\nProven experience working with Agile methodologies (SCRUM) and project management tools like Jira.\n\nProfessional proficiency in English (Medium-High level, capable of fluent business communication).\n\nWHAT DO WE OFFER\nPermanent contract.\n\nFlexible Schedule.
