You’ll serve as the connective tissue between groups to ensure seamless execution, clear communication, and alignment with business goals.\nYour leadership in managing timelines, deliverables, and support activities will directly impact both client success and Merkle’s continued growth. This is a hybrid opportunity and reports to the Senior Account Director.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the day-to-day client and internal delivery team interactions\nBuild and maintain strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders and cross-functional Merkle teams\nEnsure all campaign schedules, scopes, and processes are clearly defined, communicated, and followed\nLead internal and external client meetings\nManage the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of all client deliverables\nProvide leadership, clarity, and guidance to cross-functional delivery teams\nMaintain an understanding of the broader account strategy to inform execution and team alignment\nClear understanding of client goals to disseminate information to the appropriate parties for execution\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree required\n5+ years related agency experience, specifically within digital marketing or marketing operations\nDemonstrated success managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams\nProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail\nExcellent communication, organization, and meeting management skills\nExperience supporting large, complex retail or enterprise clients\nAdditional Information\nThe annual salary range for this position is $82,800 -$108,000.
