You will have a blend of technical expertise and business acumen, ensuring that insights are both data-driven and aligned with our goals.\nResponsibilities\nData Management and Analysis:\nDevelop and execute a comprehensive audience strategy for growth marketing. \nIdentify and evaluate new audience acquisition opportunities across paid and owned channels. \nEstablish testing frameworks to assess channel performance and optimize conversions. \nSource and compile data from multiple repositories, ensuring data quality and consistency. \nWrite complex SQL queries to manipulate large datasets, with a strong understanding of ETL processes. \nMonitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing ETL flows. \nConduct comprehensive and replicable analyses to extract insights from data. \nVisualize data to tell a compelling story and make insights clear to any audience. \nPresent insights internally to peers and departmental partners. \nStay updated on industry trends, emerging methodologies, and technologies to ensure analytics best practices. \nCollaboration and Communication:\nCollaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to understand business questions and provide data-driven solutions. \nHelp prepare presentations for stakeholders, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in communication. \nClearly explain findings and technical insights to non-technical audiences. \nQualifications\n3+ years of industry experience in analytics\nAdvanced SQL proficiency -ability to independently query and transform data from complex, multi-source environments. \nFamiliarity with data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. \nExperience using GitHub or similar version control platforms. \nProven experience with cross-functional collaboration. \nStrong analytical and data interpretation skills. \nAbility to effectively visualize and present data to diverse groups. \nA team-oriented mindset with a highly collaborative spirit. \nProven ability to manage multiple assignments and projects simultaneously. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills. \nBachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Information Systems, or a related discipline. \nThe annual salary range for this position is $78,000-$93,338.
