marketing programs for clients, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to help drive performance against client goals.\nKey Responsibilities\nClient & Partner Support\nSupport the management of client relationships through strong communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail.\nServe as a day-to-day point of contact for select client requests, questions, and program updates under the guidance of senior team members.\nDevelop an understanding of client brands, business objectives, target audiences, and competitive landscapes.\nParticipate in client meetings, presentations, and business reviews.\nAssist in developing recommendations supported by campaign data, performance insights, and industry best practices.\nStrategy & Collaboration\nPartner closely with Client Services, Planning, and cross-channel teams, including Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social, Programmatic, Social Commerce and Retail Media.\nSupport the development and execution of affiliate and partnership marketing initiatives aligned with client goals.\nMonitor campaign performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to support successful campaign execution and achievement of client objectives.\nStay informed on affiliate marketing trends, partner opportunities, and industry developments.\nCampaign Management & Performance\nAssist in the execution and management of affiliate and creator partnership campaigns, including account setup, network implementation, partner outreach, campaign tracking, and budget pacing.\nMonitor campaign performance and make optimization recommendations to improve results.\nSupport program management against established KPIs and performance goals.\nUtilize reporting tools and platform data to identify opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and support program growth.\nConduct market research, competitive analyses, and program audits to support recommendations and planning efforts.\nMaintain accurate program documentation, reporting, and tracking processes.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree and 2 years of experience supporting affiliate marketing programs.\nExperience and interest in the travel, hospitality, or related industries.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify performance trends.\nExperience using Microsoft Excel and reporting tools to analyze campaign performance.\nFamiliarity with performance marketing models such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Cost Per Lead (CPL), and Cost Per Click (CPC).\nExposure to affiliate platforms such as Impact.com, Partnerize, CJ Affiliate, AWIN, or Rakuten Advertising is preferred.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nDetail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving and project management abilities.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.\nEagerness to learn affiliate marketing best practices, emerging trends, and partnership opportunities.\nFamiliarity with digital marketing reporting, campaign tracking, or analytics platforms.\nExperience working with external partners, publishers, creators, or vendors.\n\nAdditional Information:\nThe annual salary range for this position is $62,000-$70,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.\nAt dentsu, we believe great work happens when we’re connected. Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles and Detroit). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs.
