Job Description:\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the planning and execution of public relations campaigns aligned with client objectives and brand strategies. \nBuild and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, media houses, influencers, and other key stakeholders. \nDraft and distribute press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, speeches, and other communication materials. \nCoordinate media interactions, press conferences, product launches, and other PR events. \nMonitor media coverage, track campaign performance, and prepare media monitoring and evaluation reports. \nCollaborate with Client Servicing, Creative, Digital, and Strategy teams to ensure integrated campaign execution. \nIdentify media opportunities and develop proactive story angles to maximize brand visibility. \nStay updated on industry trends, news cycles, and emerging media opportunities. \nSupport crisis communication efforts by monitoring conversations and coordinating timely responses where required. \nContribute to new business pitches by preparing PR strategies, media plans, and client presentations. \nEligibility Criteria\nBachelor's degree in mass media, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. \n2-4 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Media Relations, or a similar role. \nStrong understanding of media relations, PR strategies, and the communications landscape. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills. \nAbility to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment. \nPreferred Skills\nStrong media networking and relationship management skills. \nExcellent content writing, editing, and storytelling abilities. \nProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace, and media monitoring tools. \nStrong presentation, organizational, and project management skills. \nAbility to manage deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. \nA collaborative mindset with a
