platforms, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency.\nOversees performance analysis, identifying insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.\nManages stakeholder relationships, acting as the main point of contact for clients, internal teams, and media vendors.\nIdentifies and implements new trends, innovations, and technologies to enhance media effectiveness.\nDevelops and presents strategic proposals and post-campaign reports with actionable insights.\nWorks closely with creative, data, and technology teams to develop and refine integrated marketing solutions.\nSupports revenue growth initiatives, including media forecasting, budget allocation, and resource management.\nLeads knowledge-sharing and training for junior planners to enhance team capabilities. \nRequirements\n Experience & Skills\n3+ years of experience in media planning, preferably in an agency setting.\nStrong knowledge of both digital and traditional media (SEM, Social, Display, TV, OOH, Print, etc.).\nExperience in audience research, consumer insights, and data-driven decision-making.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and media planning tools.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.\nProven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams and managing client relationships. \nPreferred Qualifications\nCertification in Google Ads, Meta, or other digital platforms is a plus.\nExperience with
