Description:\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and implement comprehensive PR plans for dedicated client accounts according to guidance and allocation from the team lead. \nManage client expectations, timelines, and budgets. \nDevelop content for press releases, media pitches, and other client deliverables, social media, etc. \nBuild and maintain strong relationships with content creators, influencers, and media contacts across various industries. \nSecure media placements for client news and announcements. \nManage media inquiries and schedule interviews for client spokespeople. \nOversee social media strategy and content creation for assigned accounts. \nMonitor media coverage, analyze results, and report on campaign effectiveness to clients. \nIdentify and research industry trends and their potential impact on clients. \nSupervise and mentor junior PR staff, providing coaching and feedback. \nManaged and delegated tasks to ensure efficient project execution within deadlines. \nStay up to date on the latest PR tools, tactics, and industry best practices. \nQualifications\n3+ years of experience in a Public Relations agency or a corporate communications role. \nProven success record in developing and executing successful PR campaigns across various industries. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling in both Vietnamese and English.\nStrong media relations experience, with a demonstrable ability to secure placements and open to explore creators management.\nExperience with content creation, social media management, and media monitoring tools (a plus).\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple projects effectively, and meet deadlines.\nStrong organizational skills and meticulous attention to
