You will partner directly with enterprise clients in the public sector and cross-functional engineering teams to drive successful, end-to-end implementations that deliver long-term value.\nStart Date: ASAP\nDuration: 3 months (with potential to extend or go permanent)\nLocation: Remote (East Coast preferable but not required)\nCore Responsibilities\nSolution Design & Architecture\nUnderstand a client’s business goals and translate them into scalable Qualtrics solutions.\nManages complex data integration, such as seamlessly connecting Qualtrics data with platforms like Salesforce to create a unified customer view.\nDesign survey architectures, data models, workflows, and integrations that align with client objectives.\nEnsure solutions are efficient, maintainable, and follow best practices. \nTechnical Implementation\nLead enterprise-level implementations of SaaS platforms (e.g., Qualtrics).\nTranslate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology, people, and processes.\nConfigure the Qualtrics platform - surveys, dashboards, distributions, automations, and embedded data logic.\nBuild integrations between Qualtrics and other systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Slack, CRM, HRIS tools, or data warehouses) via APIs and web services.\nWrite custom scripts (e.g., JavaScript for survey customization or Python for automation).\nClient Consultation & Stakeholder Management\nWork directly with clients to gather requirements and present technical solutions.\nCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and business analysts to ensure successful project delivery.\nEducate clients on Qualtrics capabilities and best practices. \nDrive strategic planning and execution across multiple projects.\nMaintain rigorous attention to detail and ensure timely follow-ups.\nManage competing priorities with precision and accountability.\nPractice active listening and communicate with clarity and empathy.\nNavigate difficult conversations with professionalism and confidence.\nMaintain a positive tone and build trust with stakeholders.\nQuality Assurance & Optimization\nTest and validate survey logic, data flows, and integrations before go-live.\nTroubleshoot complex platform issues and optimize performance.\nRecommend improvements to enhance user experience or reporting accuracy.\nEvaluate Feasibility\nAssess whether proposed solutions fit within budget, time, and technical constraints.\nIdentify potential risks and recommend mitigations.\nEnablement & Training\nTrain clients and internal teams on using Qualtrics effectively.\nCreate documentation, architecture diagrams, and configuration guides.\nCustomer Experience & Service Orientation\nChampion the customer’s needs and advocate for their success.\nOwn the customer experience end-to-end, ensuring satisfaction and long-term value.\nDemonstrate empathy, follow-through, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.\nTake personal accountability for outcomes and team success.\nQualifications\n10+ years in leading complex technical programs, ideally in a services company or SaaS environment. \nBA / BS in in Experience Design, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience (preferred)\nTechnical Skills:\nProficiency in Qualtrics CoreXM, CustomerXM, EmployeeXM, or BrandXM modules preferred\nExperience with APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and possibly SQL or Python\nSetup automated workflows within Qualtrics to trigger aligned actions across the tech stack\nFamiliarity with data integrations (AEP, Salesforce), automation (event triggers), and analytics tools (like Tableau or Power BI)\nBusiness & Soft Skills:\nStrong communication - able to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.\nStrategic thinking - aligning technology with business outcomes.\nProject management and client relationship skills.\nExperience with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms in enterprise implementations.\nThe hourly pay range for this position is $88-$100. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time.
