The Workplace Experience Coordinator plays an instrumental role within the team in maintaining a safe, productive and comfortable work environment for staff. The Coordinator has the ability to adapt to an ever-changing face-paced environment, approachable and welcoming with a positive attitude and a desire to provide excellent custom service.\nResponsibilities:\nThe Coordinator is responsible for services such as space upkeep, program support (coffee, snacks, catering), to make sure the office environment is well stocked and comfortable to work in.\nThey manage any internal requests and maintenance with things such as heating and air conditioning, and cleanups to maintain a comfortable, safe and clean working environment.\nCoordinators are responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of offices to ensure that they meet health and safety standards.\nCoordinators are also responsible in assisting with office systems, which can often include the IT and office equipment with moves, adds and changes.\nCoordinators assist in setup and take down of all social and working events. This includes catering setup, furniture reorganization and all additional logistics involved with events/meetings. Events include meetings, townhalls, vendor visits and vendor client seminars.\nAdhere and support company and office policies\nCross train on all other Workplace Experience Team roles and functions\nOther duties as assigned Skills\nStrong hospitality skills, professional friendly and outgoing personality with positive attitude\nProfessionalism in all situations, ability to interact with all types of personalities\nAttention to detail, ability to accurately sort and distribute mail and packages.\nOrganizational skills, efficiently manage mailroom operations and maintain inventory.\nCommunication skills, strong verbal and written communication to assist employees and coordinate with external vendors.\nCustomer service, provide friendly and helpful service to employees and clients.\nTime management, ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office programs\nAbility to work in multi-tasking fast-paced environment\nBasic maintenance and repair skills\nActs as liaison between employees and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems\nProlonged periods standing and walking throughout facilities\nMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times\nMust be able to bend, lift, stretch, climb, and crawl to maintain equipment\nAdditional information:\nVacancy: Is this posting for the purposes of filling an existing vacancy?
