Les principales missions du chef de projet sont de :

  • Assurer la relation avec les partenaires

  • S’assurer du respect des engagements et des actions d’améliorations, réaliser un suivi formalisé et une relation rapprochée avec les partenaires fournissant un service

  • Assurer la communication vers les différentes entités

  • Réaliser le suivi de l’incidentologie

  • Intervenir si besoin d’escalade chez le producteur

  • Réaliser le suivi post-incident : suivi de la détermination de la root-cause et des plans d’actions,

  • Réaliser la communication à chaud et post-incidents

  • Prendre en compte des demandes ou sollicitations des partenaires

  • Mettre en relation des chefs de projets et des correspondants chez les partenaires

Profil recherché

Diplômé en informatique BAC + 5 minimum

  • Environnement windows et linux

  • Des connaissance systèmes, réseaux, Firewall flux
